Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse the boutique, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept most debit and credit cards (excluding AMEX) and PayPal. Please note: SagePay and PayPal take payment at the time of purchase. When payment information is taken over the telephone we take payment just before the order is shipped.
If you are shopping from outside of the UK, place your order in the normal way and your credit card company/bank will convert the transaction to your own currency.
You can also pay us offline using your debit/credit card, mail us a UK cheque/postal order or pay with Bank Transfer/BACS. Payment is required within 7 days of making the purchase.
We aim to ship all items within 7 days if all items are in stock. However most orders are received within 3 business days. If your order is time-sensitive we urge you to call us to check stock by calling (+44) 03333 601 364.
If some of your order is not is stock we will aim to dispatch these items within 14 days of your order. If, in the unlikely event, that we are not able to send your items within 30 days we will contact you.
We will deliver outside of the EU but will not accept responsibility for customs charges due from larger orders. Please check your countries import charges before ordering.
Unless we agree a longer time for delivery of your order with you, we will always deliver you goods within 30 days. If we are unable to fulfill your order within 30 days we will inform you immediately and if you are in agreement arrange another time for delivery of your order. If 4awe cannot arrange another time for delivery we will gladly refund any money you may have paid and/or cancel the order.
If your item is not in stock we will back order it for you. You will always have the option to cancel your item if you would rather not wait.
Shipping And Handling
Dogaholic.co.uk use Royal Mail for smaller orders. We also use a next-day courier for heavier items or orders of a higher value.
NOTE: Oversized or Heavy items (such as beds/bowls/shampoos) being shipped outside of the UK may incur additional shipping costs. Please email us at email@example.com for a shipping cost.
Dogaholic.co.uk wants to ensure you are happy with your order.
If you receive a product that is different from the description given, damaged or faulty please contact us and we will happily replace the item or refund the cost. All faulty or damaged goods should be notified to Dogaholic.co.uk within 7 days of the delivery of the order.
If you purchase an item that you do not wish to keep for any reason, Dogaholic.co.uk will be happy to refund the purchase price excluding any postage and packing costs. You must send this item back in pristine condition with labels attached and all original packing in tact. Dogaholic.co.uk reserves the right not to refund if the item is not returned in a resaleable condition.
If you purchase an item that is the wrong size we will exchange it for another size (or a refund if no appropriate size is available/exists excluding any postage and packing costs).
